Purpose
The TESG School Improvement Team meets bi-monthly to assess school needs, set school improvement goals, and monitor progress. This team generates the school’s School Improvement Plan and renews it each Fall.
Team Membership
The team consists of the administrator, staff representatives chosen by their houses or working groups, and parent representatives. All members serve two-year terms.
